New study has interesting results on dieters
A new study is out that shows, once again, including 'healthy' fats is the way to go to reduce weight and insulin resistance. As always, percentages of proteins, fats and carbs has to be determined on an individual basis, but this study shows that in general, just reducing calories and going 'fat free' isn't the best way to go.
